How to use

Take one or two vegetable capsules a day preferably on an empty stomach.

Ingredients (per vegetable capsule):

Solaray guarantees that only the following ingredients are present in this product:

Griffonia simplicifolia that provides 50 mg 5HTP

Other ingredients:

Loading agent: cellulose; capsule: vegetable cellulose, enteric protection: alpha galactosidase; anti-binder: magnesium stearate.

Do not take this supplement if you drive or operate heavy machinery. It is not advisable to take it simultaneously with MAO inhibitors.
